Research Workbench v8

Our CRM Blueprint

20 blocks from a fresh research pass over pest control CRMs. 4 are new, Commercial accounts among them. 16 of the 20 appear in all 4 vendors we follow. Click a block to open it: why it matters, our CRM for it, and how each vendor does it. FieldRoutes is researched in depth: 558 screens from a read-only look at the account on 2026-11-02, placed into the 20 blocks and a FieldRoutes hub.

The research behind the blocks: what we added, renamed, merged and dropped, with sources
  1. 14 of 4 vendors: how many of FieldRoutes, PestPac, Briostack and GorillaDesk show this block in the public pages we read. “Close match” means only a near term.
  2. 2Not Explored: how well we know the block, on a 5-step scale: Not Explored, First Look, Vendors Compared, Plan Drafted, Full Clarity. Ivan or Thomas sets it inside the block, and the block keeps who set it and when. The 5 boxes fill up one by one. Today every block is Not Explored, set by nobody.
  3. 3FieldRoutes: 72 screens: how many FieldRoutes screenshots the research placed in this block, out of 558 from the account. Open the FieldRoutes tab to read them. The other vendors have no screens yet. All of FieldRoutes.
  4. N2 new: items from Slack, an upload or the agent. They wait in the block inbox until a person accepts them. New block marks a block added on 27 Oct.
  5. VAcross all blocks, one page each: Our CRM, FieldRoutes, PestPac, Briostack, GorillaDesk.
