1From a read-only look at the FieldRoutes account on 2026-11-02 and its official manuals. Each line ends with its evidence: Observed in the account, Documented in a manual, or not tested. Capture numbers link to the screen below. All of FieldRoutes across the 20 blocks
In FieldRoutes the customer account is the Customer Card: one dialog with 12 tabs that holds a customer's contact data, service location, subscriptions, billing, notes, documents, visits, invoices, linked properties, inspection findings, equipment and admin history. Around it sit the Customers area (Customer Search, a filterable customer report with bulk actions), the global New Customer intake form, and a set of Admin dictionaries that shape the account (sources, divisions, flags, contact types, note types, cancellation and hold reasons). The research has 72 screenshots placed here and 53 more from other blocks that touch the account. It covers a sparse test customer (all 12 tabs, captures 003-022), one populated customer with two active subscriptions (captures 435-454), the intake form in four variants (370-373), Customer Search in full (002, 412-434), the customer dictionaries in Admin, and the customer-related reports (cancellation, restore, access log, notes, audit checks). All of it was read-only: no customer was created, saved, merged, frozen, messaged or charged.
Each capture is a saved screen state from the FieldRoutes account on 2026-11-02. A screen shows what controls exist; it does not prove what happens when they are used.

The Customers landing page is Customer Search: a filterable customer report. The left side has Saved Reports, Select Columns to Display (List By Customer) and collapsed filter groups for Customer Account, Subscription, Customer Location, Billing Account, Billing Address and Service Appointment, plus Run Report. The right side lists 134 active customers with Customer ID, Last Name and First Name columns. Submenu links lead to Email Dashboard, Sales Report, Audit Sales and Prepayments.

Opening a customer shows the Customer Card dialog with its 12 tabs (Overview, Info, Subscription, Billing, Notes, Documents, Appointments, Invoices, Properties, Conditions, Equipment, Admin). The saved page text also holds a Checked Out Customer banner (while one user has the card open, nobody else can view or edit it); the banner is not visible in the screenshot. Overview summarizes Customer Since, service counts, contract remaining, last/next service, account balance, account age, A/R turnover and an 'offer an AutoPay plan' prompt. The footer has Save, Close, Schedule and Transfer. This test customer has no active subscriptions, so most values are blank; the populated version is capture 435.

The Info tab holds the customer's core record: name, two phones, email, company name, Source and Sub-Source, Residential/Commercial, Single Unit/Multi Unit/Structures, Sub-Property Type, Special Scheduling text and SMS/Email/Voice preference checkboxes. It also has Additional Contacts (add new or from Business Contacts), Generic Flags (e.g. aggressive dog, ladder required), status checkboxes (Paid In Full, Switch Over, Sales Rep APay, Pending Cancel, Prefers Paper, Invalid Payment Method), the service address with state and county pickers, and a Use Address for Billing checkbox (checked). Nothing was edited.

The Notes tab is the customer's communication and note log. Its left list filters notes by category (Appointment, Billing, Cancel/Reinstatement, Convenience Payments, Customer Contacts, Customer Replies, General, Important system notes, Marketing Activities, PO Numbers, Red Notes, SMS/Voice/Email, System Notes, Uncategorized). Buttons offer Add Note, Add Task, Send Email, Send SMS and Send Voice, plus a note search. This customer has no notes listed.

The Documents tab stores files for the customer and starts document generation. It offers + Upload Document, + New Agreement and + New Form, and a 'Files: All' filter. No documents are listed for this test customer and nothing was uploaded or generated.

The Admin tab holds account administration: customer number and portal Customer Link, Email Pwd / Text Pwd (send portal password), M Pro Sync (tooltip: Marketing Pro is not enabled), Merge, Portal Login, Products, Move, Remove, Reset ECA, Active and Freeze. Below is an Access History log showing who opened (checked out) the card, appointment status changes made by the system API and field-level change records (for example phone, tax rates, bill-to account). None of the buttons was used.

The Add Note editor records a dated, typed note on the customer. Type has about 20 choices (e.g. Billing Notes, Cancel Request, Phone Call, Location Instructions, Red Note), and two visibility selectors control whether technicians and the customer can see it. Buttons are Cancel, Finish In Window, Save and Delete. Nothing was saved.

The Add Task editor creates a follow-up task tied to the customer. It has Status (Pending/Completed/In Use/Urgent), Due Date, Assigned To (Anyone or any office user or technician), Category and task text, with Cancel, Finish In Window and Save. Nothing was saved.

Lists customers who cancelled or are pending cancellation in a date range (maximum six months per run). Report Type: only cancels, only pendings, cancels and pendings, or pending history; filter by office. A Columns picker chooses output fields such as date, reason, notes, annual value, annual value plus initial, sales rep, status, date sold, cancelled by, service type, source, number of services and re-services, last serviced and last tech. The page states there are zero results for the captured day.

Cancellation Reinstatement report; by its name it lists canceled or frozen customers who were later reinstated (inference: the result area is blank). Filters: start/end date, service types, order by canceled date or reinstatement date, and a Days Frozen range slider (selected range 7 to 30 shown), with Refresh and Export to CSV. The slider is cut off at the right edge; capture 558 shows the full slider.

A log of employee activity on customer records for a date range, filtered by employee. Columns: date changed, customer ID, employee name, record class, reference ID, field key, old value and new value. The page says it is limited to 20,000 logs per run; it has on-page search, page size, Refresh and Export to CSV. One log row is shown.

Lists customer records that can be restored after removal. Only Refresh and Export to CSV are visible and the body is blank in this capture; capture 490 shows the loaded list.

The Notes report was selected in the menu, but the page header still reads 'Monthly Services' and the body shows a loading spinner. Visible filters are date, office, customer ID and Advanced Filters, with Refresh and Export to CSV. Captures 481 and 482 show the loaded Notes report.

Directory of reusable partner, referral-source and frequently used additional contacts that can be attached to Customer Cards. The help popup states these contacts never appear in the customer list and that a Customer Card is needed to schedule and bill. The popup covers the list; capture 363 shows the clear list and 364 the editor.

Expanded list of the 22 customer-related setup pages: contact types, cancellation/hold reasons, contract templates and terms, customer communication, sources, divisions, email categories and templates, form templates, flags, note categories and types, prepayment discounts and letters, property estimation units, renewal notices, route regions, skip reasons, structure templates, sub-property types and voice messages. Menu only; each editor is captured separately.

Dictionary of categories used to classify internal staff tasks and alerts. The list has Visibility, Global (office scope) and System filters, Search, a + Category button and Name/Global/Visible/System columns. The list is empty in this tenant.

Blank form for a new task/alert category: Category Name, office scope, visibility and a read-only System value of No, with save/cancel. No category was saved and no task or alert was created.

Configures which postal ZIP codes an office claims, which controls where accounts can be created. Columns are Office, Category, Zip Codes, Can Create in Unclaimed Areas and Share Zip Codes; the single office row shows Allow and No, with an edit link. A help tip says sharing works only when both offices set Share Zip Codes to Yes.

Edit form for an office's ZIP claim: a Category multi-select (a service category and SYSTEM are offered), a 'Paste zip codes here' box, Can Create in Unclaimed Areas (Do Not Allow / Allow) and Share Zip Codes (No / Yes), with save/cancel. Opened unsaved; ZIP validation and conflict handling were not tested.

Dictionary of roles for extra contacts attached to a customer (for example a spouse). Global and Visibility filters, Search, + Additional Contact Type, and two existing rows, Other and Spouse, both available to all offices and visible.

Blank form with required Additional Contact Type name, office scope and visibility, with save/cancel. Nothing was saved.

Standard reasons used when a customer account or subscription is cancelled or put on hold, separate from appointment cancel reasons. Global, Visibility and System filters, Search and + Cancellation Reason; about 30 reasons are listed (for example Agreement Dispute, Bad Debt, Bankruptcy, Competitor), with system reasons such as Canceled via API having no edit link.

Blank form with required Reason Description, office scope and visibility; System shows No and cannot be edited. Save/cancel are present; nothing was saved.

Dictionary of where customers came from (marketing/referral attribution). Global and Visibility filters, Search, + Customer Source and Source Name/Global/Visibility/System/Sub-Source # columns; one source is listed with no sub-sources.

Blank form with required Source name, office scope, Hidden/Visible, a Sub-Source Required checkbox and a + Sub-Source button for finer child sources, with save/cancel. Nothing was saved.

The unsaved source form after adding one sub-source row: required Source Name, scope inherited from the parent (Available to all offices), Hidden/Visible and a remove link. Cancelled without saving.

Dictionary of business divisions used to segment customers (divisions also appear as filters in trigger rules). Visibility filter, Search, + Division and Code/Description/Visibility columns; the list is empty.

Blank form with required Code and Description and Hidden/Visible, with save/cancel. No geography or financial allocation fields are present; nothing was saved.

Dictionary of markers that warn staff about a customer, appointment, equipment, subscription, region, affiliate network or local-SEO item. Global, Type and Status filters, Search and + Generic Flag; four active customer flags are listed with short descriptions (for example a dog to be kept away or a ladder being needed).

Blank form with required Code and Description, Type (Customer, Appointment, Equipment, Subscription, Region, Affiliate Network), office scope and Active/Inactive, with save/cancel. E-commerce Local-SEO appears in the list filter but not as a type here. Nothing was saved.

Groups note types into categories for viewing customer history (for example Appointment, Billing, Cancel/Reinstatement, Customer Contacts, General and Red Notes). Each row lists its member note types; some types belong to more than one category.

Blank form with required Category name, office scope and a Note Types multi-select covering staff notes and system events (contract, form and receipt messages, reminders, marketing, portal and subscription events, tasks, red/yellow notes). Save/cancel present; nothing was saved.

Catalog of individual note types (about 70), most of them system types such as Billing Notes, Cancel Request, Contract Email or Convenience Payments. Visibility, Global and System filters, Search and + Note Type; system types have no edit link.

Blank form for a custom note type: required Note Type name, office scope and Hidden/Visible, with save/cancel. Nothing was saved.

Directory of reusable partner, referral and additional contacts (for example realtors or property owners) that are not customers. Visibility filter, + Business Contact and Export; a note says these contacts do not appear in the customer list and a Customer Card is needed to schedule and bill. The list is empty; this capture replaces the popup-covered capture 124.

Blank contact form: first/last name, company, email, address, two phone numbers with extensions, Additional Contact Type, Visible/Hidden and SMS/Email/Voice preference checkboxes, with save/cancel. Cancelled without saving.

The Create a New Customer form (Basic Information tab) is the intake screen for a new account. It has name, company, two phones, email, Source/Sub-Source, Residential/Commercial, Single Unit/Multi Unit/Structures, Sub-Property Type, Special Scheduling, SMS/Email/Voice preferences (all checked by default), Generic Flags, status checkboxes (Paid In Full, Switch Over, Sales Rep APay, Pending Cancel disabled, Prefers Paper, Invalid Payment Method), service address with county and country, map code, square feet, tax rate, Division and an embedded map. This is the default Residential + Single Unit state; the form was not saved.

The Customer Account filter group selects customers by account facts: Account Status (Active, Active Recurring, Active Potential, Active Non-Recurring, Active with no subscriptions, Frozen, Any), account cancel date, last completed date, has subscriptions / pending appointments / linked properties / child billing, 'Not Having ANY' service types, names, Account Type (Commercial/Residential) and Unit Type. The screenshot shows the top of the panel; captures 421 and 422 show the rest.

The Subscription filter group selects customers by their subscriptions: active, on hold, recurring, cancel date, completed initial service, sold by, preferred tech, route region and more. The screenshot shows the top of the panel; captures 423-426 scroll through the rest of the same list.

The Customer Location group filters by service address: map code, address, city, zip, country, state, county (including 'County Not Set'), latitude/longitude with a distance radius, and a square-footage range. These describe where service is delivered, separate from the billing address.

The Billing Account group filters by money facts: balance age and account balance, responsible balance age and amount, max monthly charge, Customer Auto Pay (No/Yes/Card/ACH) and payment profile status. Comparisons use =, not equal, greater/less than and similar. The lower part of this group is capture 427.

The Billing Address group filters by the payer's billing name, address, city, state, zip and country, separate from the service location filters.

The Service Appointment group selects customers by their visits: scheduled-for, created-on and skipped dates, skip reasons and skipped-service options, opt-outs, due date, scheduled/completed/serviced by, auto-scheduled, paid-between date and service balance. The screenshot shows the top; captures 418-420 show the rest of the same panel.

Middle scroll position of the Service Appointment filters, showing services/type, initial-service, category, appointment status (Pending, Completed, Not Serviced, Canceled, Rescheduled, Auto-Skip, Skipped, Opted-Out), show-reminders and feedback-rating filters. Same field list as 417, different scroll position.

Scroll position bridging the top and middle of the Service Appointment filters (skip/opt-out, due date, staff attribution, auto-scheduled, paid and balance filters). Same field list as 417; it only shows a different slice.

Bottom of the Service Appointment filters: target issues/excluded pests, stand-alone services, appointment flags, appointment and unit custom fields, show tech notes, subscription appointment number, serviced interior, images uploaded and appointment checklist data (name, required, acknowledged and so on).

Middle of the Customer Account filters: last/first/company name, account type, unit type, Has Email, company divisions, date added, customer source, pending cancellation, prefers paper and include/exclude customer flags. Same field list as 412, different scroll position.

Bottom of the Customer Account filters: Invalid Payment Method flag, Switch Over flag, Signed Electronic Consent Agreement and a sales-tax % range. A note on screen says Customer and Generic flag filters only work when List By is set to Customer.

Scroll position of the Subscription filters showing sold, due, custom, expiration and renewal date ranges, subscription PO number, initial price, recurring price, contract value and service frequency comparisons. Same field list as 413.

Scroll position showing seasonal, agreement length (months), signed agreement, agreement sent/signed dates, subscription AutoPay, Subscription Bill To (Self/Other), follow-up service, recurring billing, billing frequency and billing date filters. Same field list as 413.

Scroll position showing subscription source, include/exclude service types, category and include/exclude subscription flags. Same field list as 413.

Bottom of the Subscription filters: subscription last-completed date, Last Completed Paid, Sentricon Connected (a termite-monitoring integration flag) and Unit of Measure (square feet, linear feet, count).

Lower part of the Billing Account filters: invoice numbers and invoice PO numbers, earliest due date, days past due, Year In Full, has credit card / has ACH on file, active convenience-payment plan, Responsible Payer (Self/Other) and Collections Stage (Not Sent/Pending/Sent).

Saved Reports lets a user name and store a customer search setup. It has a report name, scope (User, Office, Global; Global disabled), Default/Not Default, Save and Save as New, and shows 'No Saved Reports'. Nothing was saved.

Select Columns to Display chooses output columns from a large catalog (customer identity, contacts, service and billing address, bill-to party, payment profile, balances and aging, tax rates, subscription, pricing and production, agreement, source and lead, cancellation, appointment, flags and measurement fields). List By sets the row level: Customer (selected), Subscription or Service Round. The column list is shown closed, so the screenshot is not the full catalog; the text file has it.

The same controls with List By switched to Subscription, before running the report. It shows the option exists, not what the output looks like.

The filename suggests an active-subscription report, but after Run Report was clicked the list still shows the same 134 customers with the same three columns. No subscription-level output was demonstrated and the cause is not known.

The Actions menu runs bulk actions on the search result, grouped by scope. For all matching records: Add/Remove Flags, Update Subscription Price, Bulk Freeze. For the current page only: Send Message, Send Password Recover, Send Email From Template, Remove Send Message Options. Rollbacks of a prior batch: Rollback Send Message Options, Bulk Freeze RollBack. All pages: Write to Excel. The menu was only opened; nothing ran.

Toggle Map shows the search result on a map with customer markers and map navigation controls. Marker details were not opened.

Typing in the search box above the result table narrows the visible rows to one existing customer (the multi-subscription example used in captures 435-454). The footer still says 134 entries, so it is a quick lookup in the shown list, not a new report run.

Overview of a real customer with two active subscriptions: Customer Since, Account Age, service count labels, contract days remaining per subscription, last completed, next service due, recent re-services, account balance and A/R turnover, plus prompts to collect the balance, offer AutoPay and collect an email. The saved page text holds a Checked Out Customer banner (opening the card locks it for other users); the banner is not visible in the screenshot. Footer: Save, Close, Schedule, Transfer (the manual says it hands the checked-out card to another administrator). Nothing was saved, scheduled or transferred.

The Documents tab for the populated customer: + Upload Document, + New Agreement, + New Form and 'Files: All'. No stored document rows are visible.

The additional-contact editor records another person or company for the account: Contact Reason (Billing shown), Contact Type (Other shown), name, company, two phones with extensions, email, address, SMS/Email/Voice preferences and a Business Contact checkbox. It was cancelled; no contact was created.

One of the 19 data-quality checks in the Audit report, selected on its own: it lists customer records that may be duplicates. The panel shows 0 potential errors for customers entered on the captured day, so no result table or columns appear. It shares the Audit date range, Refresh and Export to CSV; nothing was corrected or exported.

The panel shows 0 missing documents for customers entered on the captured day, so no result table or columns appear. It shares the Audit date range, Refresh and Export to CSV; nothing was corrected or exported.

It shares the Audit date range, Refresh and Export to CSV; nothing was corrected or exported.

Searches all notes recorded on customers. Basic filters are date, office and customer ID, with Advanced Filters, Refresh and Export to CSV. Columns: customer ID, customer, notes, date, contact type, recorded by, visible to customer and visible to tech. The table states zero entries for the captured day.

The Notes report with Advanced Filters open. Added filters: customer name, note types, employees, company, note content, customer status (all, frozen, active), and visible to customer / visible to tech (any, no, yes). The note-type list covers staff notes, system messages, payment-profile, task and webhook events. Same columns as 481; zero entries.

Lists removed customers that can be brought back. Columns: customer ID, customer name, employee name, date changed and action; nine rows each have a Restore button (none pressed). It has search, Refresh and Export to CSV.

Cancellation Reinstatement with the whole filter row visible: start/end date, service types, order by canceled date or reinstatement date, and the full Days Frozen slider with a selected range of 7 to 30, with Refresh and Export to CSV. The result area is blank with no result message, so the report's meaning is known only from its name. No filter was changed.
