From a read-only look at the FieldRoutes account on 2026-11-02 and its official manuals. Each line ends with its evidence: Observed in the account, Documented in a manual, or not tested. Capture numbers link to the screen below. All of FieldRoutes across the 20 blocks
In FieldRoutes, termite and wood-destroying-organism (WDO) work shows up in three places. First, standard NPMA inspection forms (NPMA_33, its attachment, NPMA_99A and NPMA_99B) are kept as Form Templates and generated from a customer's Documents tab. Second, Form Lookup tracks the state of filled-in forms. Third, two Office reports serve state WDO filing: California WDO Report and WDO State Reporting. Products can also be flagged "Available To WDO". The research has 10 screenshots here. Every one shows a setup screen, a template picker or an empty report. No form was generated, signed, approved or filed, and no WDO document was previewed.
In short
WDO forms are NPMA templates. The tenant has NPMA_33, NPMA_33_Attachment, NPMA_99A and NPMA_99B, each with its own signature requirement (Observed 326-form-templates).
A form is created from Customer Card > Documents > + New Form by choosing a template. This is a different path from agreements, which start by choosing a subscription (Observed 451-customer-form-options).
Forms have a state lifecycle in Form Lookup: Work in progress, Pending Approval, Waiting on customer, Approved, Changes requested and Completed. Templates can require approval (Observed 121-reporting-form-lookup, 327-form-template-editor).
WDO State Reporting classifies reports into seven types: Complete, Limited, Supplemental, Re-Inspection, Notice of Work Completed and Not Completed, Corrected and Separated. It has a document view (Observed 488-wdo-state-reporting-options, 489-wdo-document-view).
California has its own WDO report with a PR Number filter and seven Code selectors (Observed 104-report-california-wdo).
The presence of NPMA forms and state reports does not prove regulatory compliance or a successful filing.
Each capture is a saved screen state from the FieldRoutes account on 2026-11-02. A screen shows what controls exist; it does not prove what happens when they are used.

How FieldRoutes does it
Setting up WDO forms (observed, nothing saved).
An admin keeps Form Templates. The list shows Name, Page Size, Signature Requirement, Requires Approval, Global and Visible.
A new template gets:
a required Name and Page Size (Letter/Legal; Legal was preselected)
Requires Approval (No/Yes), office scope and visibility
HTML content, edited in an html mode or imported with Choose File
Placeholders in Use, a read-only stylesheet and a rich-text Completion Letter
A Form Content Placeholder Key lists office, customer, bill-to, unit and date variables, plus documented markup for customer and employee signature fields.
The UI warns that embedded base64 images over 200 KB will not be saved.
Starting a form for a customer (observed up to the picker).
On the Customer Card, open Documents.
Choose + New Form. The prompt "Please Select a Form Template to Generate" offers the four NPMA templates.
No template was selected, so nothing was generated, signed or sent. + New Agreement is a separate path that starts by choosing a subscription. (customer findings)
Tracking forms (observed, empty). Form Lookup lists filled-in forms and filters them by:
Date Added (default about the last month)
Date Signed
Form State
Form Type (the four NPMA forms)
Created By
It also has an Actions menu, Refresh, Search and a list-and-preview pane. The Actions menu was not opened. No approval, change request or completion was performed.
State WDO reporting (observed, empty).
WDO State Reporting filters by Inspection / Work Completion Date, Offices and Report types (all seven were selected).
It has Hide Filters, Refresh and Export.
Document View switches to a searchable list with a document preview, and the toggle becomes "Table View". The list was empty and the preview gray.
The California WDO Report has saved-report presets (name, Save, Save as New, Show Saved Filters) and Refresh and Export. Its filters are Date, PR Number, Service Type (the NPMA forms), Code 1 to Code 7, Employees and Offices.
No form template was saved. No form was generated, signed, approved, completed or sent. No file was uploaded.
The Form Lookup Actions menu, an existing form's detail or preview, and form state transitions were not inspected.
WDO Document View (489) is empty with a gray preview. It is not a document, and no WDO document was previewed.
Neither WDO report listed rows. No export, state filing or regulatory acceptance was demonstrated. A blank region is not proof of zero records.
The meaning of PR Number and Code 1–7, and how a WDO finding or recommendation is recorded, are not covered by the evidence.
No WDO inspection was observed, and no use of a WDO-flagged product.
The NPMA templates' existence is not proof of compliance. The current state requirements (the official KB lists updated NPMA/FDACS and California WDO compliance guides) were not read.
The Completion Letter's trigger and channel are unknown.
Ideas for Our CRM
Agent proposals, not decisions
Proposal: treat WDO and termite reports as form documents with a state lifecycle (in progress, pending approval, waiting on customer, approved, changes requested, completed), separate from service agreements.
Proposal: support per-state report types (complete, limited, supplemental, re-inspection, notice of completion, corrected, separated) as a classification on the stored report.
Proposal: have a business specialist validate state-specific WDO output; do not assume a report label establishes compliance (assessment acceptance question).
