FieldRoutes in Service agreements and renewals

FieldRoutes calls it: Subscription, Service Type, Service Plan

From a read-only look at the FieldRoutes account on 2026-11-02 and its official manuals. Each line ends with its evidence: Observed in the account, Documented in a manual, or not tested. Capture numbers link to the screen below. All of FieldRoutes across the 20 blocks

In FieldRoutes, a customer buys service through a subscription. A subscription takes its defaults from a reusable service definition: a Service Type (one service policy), a Service Plan (an ordered, seasonal program of rounds) or a Service Bundle (a package of several services). Add-ons, discounts, custom schedules and frequency options shape the price and the calendar. Contract templates, contract terms and form templates turn a subscription into a document the customer signs. Renewal notices, renewal triggers and reports follow the agreement over its life. The research covered this block in depth. 57 screenshots are placed here, and 90 more from other blocks matter here. They cover the Service Related setup pages (service types, plans, bundles, add-ons, discounts, custom schedules, frequency options), contract templates, contract terms and form templates, a populated customer with two subscriptions, the Documents tab, Service Plan Management, and the subscription, renewal, cancellation and audit reports. No definition was saved, no subscription was created or changed, and no agreement was generated, sent or signed.

In short

  • Five separate records. Customer, subscription, appointment, invoice and payment are separate records. One customer can hold two active subscriptions of the same service type, each with its own ID, balance and contract value (Observed, 436-populated-customer-subscriptions). The subscription detail has its own Billing Account field; it was seen on one subscription only, showing "(SELF)", and alternate payers were not tested (437-existing-subscription-detail).
  • Service cadence and billing cadence are separate. A Service Type sets Appointment Frequency and Billing Frequency as two controls. A real subscription bills Monthly but is serviced Every 90 Days. It charges $120 per bill against a $360 production value (Observed, 439-existing-subscription-lower).
  • Three kinds of sellable definition. Service Type = one service's whole policy (frequency, season, contract, products, tax, minimums, invoice templates, skills, buffers, communications, mobile-sales visibility). Service Plan = ordered rounds with wait, dependency and late-join rules. Service Bundle = a package of service components with bundled billing and template-level add/remove rules (Observed, editors not saved).
  • Plan rules harden once customers subscribe. A round's start date cannot be edited after customers subscribe. Wait-after and dependency rules can be overridden by hand (Observed tooltips, 138-settings-service-plan-round; enforcement not tested).
  • "Contract value" changes meaning by screen. On the subscription it explicitly includes the initial service. The dashboard's Avg Contract Values excludes it. The two numbers are not interchangeable (Observed).
  • Agreements are generated per subscription. In the Customer Card, + New Agreement first asks "for which subscription". + New Form asks for a form template (NPMA forms in this account). Contract templates are bound to Service Type, Service Plan or Service Bundle usage (Observed; nothing generated).
  • A skipped round is not an opt-out. A seasonal skip affects the current year. A manual opt-out persists across renewals. Late enrollment auto-skips rounds that are already past (Documented, Service Plan manual; not tested).

Their words for this block 30

Subscription: One customer's service arrangement, with its own ID, status, sales attribution, contract, billing and service schedules, and a Billing Account (payer) field (seen once, showing SELF; alternate payers not tested). Not the same as the customer or the service type. Observed 436-populated-customer-subscriptions, 437-existing-subscription-detail
Service Type: A reusable service policy: appointment and billing recurrence, season, contract defaults, allowed products, tax, minimums, invoice templates, production, skills, buffers, communications, sales visibility. Supports one-time or recurring work. A customer gets a "Service Type subscription" from it. Observed 540-service-type-editor-clear; Documented Service Type subscription manual
Service Plan: An ordered program of rounds (each round uses a service type) with plan dates, billing dates, wait, dependency and late-join rules. A customer gets a "Service Plan subscription". Observed 137-settings-service-plan-form, 138-settings-service-plan-round; Documented Service Plan subscription manual
Round / cycle: A round is one step of a plan, with a month/day window. A cycle is a period of a customer's progress through the rounds. Service Plan Management tracks both. Observed 033-service-plan-management
Child Service for Service Plan: A marker on a Service Type that it serves as a plan child; the list filter "Used By: Service Plan / Service Type" separates the two uses. Exact interaction not established. Observed 134-settings-service-types, 540-service-type-editor-clear
Service Bundle / Bundle Template: A package of several service components, with its own contract lengths, optional bundled billing, frequency and discounts. False friend: the manual's examples are projects, but the editor also offers recurring bundle billing. Observed 141-settings-bundle-form; Documented Service Type subscription manual
Add-on: A one-time or recurring supplement with an amount. False friend: it is not only an extra treatment. The catalog holds cancellation, late-payment and NSF fees, service fees, miscellaneous charges and service discounts. Observed 144-settings-addons
Discount: A reusable percentage or fixed-amount reduction, with code, eligible services, invoice count and display dates. Different from a Prepayment Discount (an offer for paying a plan ahead, unit not shown) and from a plan's Base/Maximum Discount %. Observed 166-settings-discount-form, 336-prepayment-discount-editor
Appointment Frequency / Service Frequency: How often the service is due (As Needed, OneTime, every N days, Once a Year, Custom Schedule). Observed 437-existing-subscription-detail
Billing Frequency: How often the subscription is billed. Separate from service frequency. Options on the subscription: After Each Completed Service (Recommended), Every 4 Weeks, Monthly, Alternate Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, Custom Schedule. Observed 437-existing-subscription-detail
Frequency Options: False friend: not one recurrence unit. A typed dictionary of timing and count values for seven uses (Auto-Schedule, Fill Routes Buffer, Initial Followup, Recurring Billing, Subscription, Renewal, Convenience Payments). Units are days or appointment counts by type. Observed 169-settings-frequency-options
Custom Schedule: A month-by-month calendar rule (a specific day of the month, or a weekday such as "second Tuesday") used for Subscription, Recurring Billing or Initial Billing. Observed 158-settings-custom-schedule-form
Production (value): The normal service price, used as production value. The recurring "ticket" is the amount charged per billing cycle. False friend: production is not billed money and not cash collected. Observed tooltip, 439-existing-subscription-lower
Contract Value (Including Initial Service): The subscription's contract value. It explicitly includes the initial price. False friend: the dashboard's Avg Contract Values excludes the initial service. Observed 437-existing-subscription-detail, 399-dashboard-metric-help-11
Contract Length / Expiration Date: The agreement term (No Contract, 12 months, 18 to 132 months in six-month steps, Custom Length). Expiration Date is a separate field, blank in the example, so it is not shown to be derived from the length. Observed 437-existing-subscription-detail
Renewal Date vs Expiration Date: Two different subscription dates. Renewal notices, renewal triggers and filters let you choose either one. Observed 343-renewal-notice-editor, 423-subscription-filters-date-price
Enable Warranty Renewal: A renewal setting on the Service Type. Its controls and lifecycle were not shown. Observed 540-service-type-editor-clear
Initial Service / Initial Invoice: The first visit, set by "Is this an initial service / Initial Service Type". Initial Invoice timing can be after initial completion, after agreement signed, on the initial billing date, or by custom schedule. Observed 437-existing-subscription-detail, 540-service-type-editor-clear
Reservice: A Service Type flag for a return (callback) visit. Audit checks look for re-services that count toward a subscription or carry a charge. Observed 540-service-type-editor-clear, 465-audit-reservice-subscription, 467-audit-reservice-charge
Potential Customer: A customer with an active subscription but no completed initial service. False friend: not a lead. Observed (dashboard and Job Pool help), 032-job-pool-advanced
Missed: A label on subscription cards. The date or status rule behind it is not documented. Observed 436-populated-customer-subscriptions
Place On Hold / Freeze / Cancel: Three different lifecycle actions. Hold pauses a subscription with a reason. A trigger Hold can cancel pending appointments, and the manual says Hold removes due work and pauses recurring billing. Freeze is a separate status and permission (and an automatic result of PO expiry, if set). Cancellation records a date and reason at customer or subscription level. Observed 438-existing-subscription-actions, 250-trigger-action-hold; Documented Trigger Rules manual
Skip vs Opt-out: A skip removes a round for the current year. An opt-out is manual and persists across renewals. Documented Service Plan subscription manual
Contract (template) vs Form (template): A Contract fills service, pricing and schedule fields automatically. A Custom Form gives up some of that, needs separate signature blocks and takes mobile-uploaded images. Documented Contracts vs Forms; Observed editors 275-contract-template-editor, 327-form-template-editor
Contract Terms: Reusable, named terms-and-conditions text linked to selected contract templates. Observed 279-contract-terms-editor
Electronic Consent Agreement (ECA): A consent the customer can be required to sign before any other contract. Search columns and filters keep "Electronic Agreement Accepted" separate from "Signed Agreement". Observed 296-communication-section-15-editor, 424-subscription-filters-agreements-billing
Billing Account (SELF) / Subscription Bill To: The payer for this subscription. SELF means the customer itself. Subscription Bill To Self/Other is not the same control as the account's Responsible Payer. Observed 437-existing-subscription-detail, 424-subscription-filters-agreements-billing
PO No. and Expiration: A purchase-order number and expiry date on the subscription, separate from an invoice PO number. Observed 437-existing-subscription-detail
"Service" vs "Membership": Marketing Pro integration wording: "Service" targets Service Type subscriptions, "Membership" targets Service Plan subscriptions. Integration labels, not FieldRoutes UI terms. Documented Marketing Pro starter guide
Conditions (as a source): False friend: in this account a customer/subscription source option is named "Conditions". It has no link to inspection Conditions. Observed 457-customer-sales-report

How FieldRoutes does it

1. Define what can be sold (configuration, observed; nothing saved).

  • Service Type (admin findings). One form holds the whole policy: identity and scope; appointment frequency, follow-up delay, length and season; contract-length and signature defaults; allowed products (blank allows all); service, sales and schedule commission %; net terms; tax; minimum initial, recurring and contract charges; billing frequency, initial-invoice timing and recurring-billing start (sold date or initial completion); initial and recurring invoice templates with production; skills and Fill Routes buffers; reservice flag; follow-up, billing, reminder and receipt communications; and sales-rep and leaderboard visibility. The tooltip says production = (service-frequency to billing-frequency ratio) x invoice total, with a custom-production switch. A warning says default add-ons in Service Type invoice templates are not supported for Mobile Sales users and may cause minimum-charge issues. The GL Account is disabled in the top row and marked inactive lower down in this form (540-service-type-editor-clear).
  • Service Plan (admin findings). The plan sets contract and signature defaults, plan start and end dates, allowed additional services (blank allows all service types), commissions, billing frequency, and billing start and end dates. The tooltip says the last recurring bill is generated on the billing end date. It also sets net terms, convenience payments, prepay discount, billing emails and receipts, base and maximum discount %, and leaderboard inclusion. + Service adds a round: name, service type, start/end month-day, Wait After, order/dependency, Max delay, service charge, discount and subtotal. Tooltips: the start date becomes uneditable once customers subscribe. Wait After blocks later rounds for a period, and dependency waits for a prior round to finish; both have a manual override. Max delay lets late joiners still get a round for a number of days after its end. Leaving the unsaved editor shows "Confirm Cancel: changes will be lost" (140-unsaved-changes-confirmation).
  • Service Bundle (admin findings). A template sets contract lengths, Bundled Billing yes/no, a bundle billing frequency, the recurring-billing start basis, signature, mobile-app creation (Visible to sales reps), leaderboard inclusion, and GL reporting at bundle or service-type level. + Service adds a component service type with quotes, discount and production. Two template-level checkboxes below the services area, Allow services to be added and Allow services to be removed, control whether a customer's bundle can gain or lose services (tooltips, 141-settings-bundle-form; they are not part of the + Service component editor). + Discount opens Available Discounts (empty here).
  • Add-ons, discounts, custom schedules, frequency options complete the catalog. Using Total Invoices on a discount keeps it out of the bundle-level summary discount area, so it applies only to individual subscriptions inside a bundle or to standalone subscriptions (tooltip, 166-settings-discount-form). Custom schedules give month-by-month date or weekday rules (admin findings).
  • In this account the Service Type catalog has General Service, Initial Service, Mosquito, Quarterly Pest Control and Reservice. The Service Plans list shows no plan rows (539-service-plans-clear).

2. Sell a subscription (documented; not tested). The manual says a Service Type subscription can be one-off or recurring. It inherits editable defaults from the service definition. It keeps service scheduling separate from invoicing, payer and payment source. Optional Multi-Unit settings choose units and a quantity or percentage quota. The manual warns that booking many future appointments limits routing flexibility. The empty Subscription tab says to click "+" to add a Service Type or Service Plan (005-customer-subscription). Office Contract Defaults pre-fill initial price, initial discount, tax rate and agreement length for new work (218-office-contract-defaults-editor). "Default New Subscription" under Other Options sets the default new-service choice (221-office-other-options-editor). No subscription was created in the research.

3. What a live subscription holds (observed, populated customer). Sales Information: Active toggle, Sales Rep, Source/Sub-Source, sold date and time, Contract Length, Expiration Date, PO No. and Expiration, Subscription Flags, notes, and Contract Value (Including Initial Service). Billing Options: Billing Account (SELF), Auto-pay Profile (Customer Default), Net Billing Days (0), Initial Invoice, Frequency (Monthly) and Next Billing (2026-11-15). Recurring Services: Service Type, Service Frequency (Every 90 Days), Duration, Call Ahead, Seasonal, Initial Followup, Custom Date, Routing Region, Preferred Tech/Day/Time, and a timeline of scheduled and upcoming dates. Then Initial and Recurring invoice summaries. The billing tooltip says the recurring ticket is the amount charged each billing cycle and production is the normal service price. It also says a Next Billing date in the past causes a charge within 24 hours (not tried) (populated findings; 437-existing-subscription-detail, 439-existing-subscription-lower). Sold-by on these subscriptions is a system/API actor.

4. Generate and sign the agreement (observed entry points; nothing generated). Customer Card > Documents > + New Agreement asks "Generate new agreement for which subscription" and lists the customer's subscriptions (450-customer-agreement-options). With no subscriptions the list is empty (020-customer-new-agreement). + New Form asks for a form template (NPMA_33, NPMA_33_Attachment, NPMA_99A, NPMA_99B) (451-customer-form-options). Contract templates supply the document, contract terms attach legal text, and communication settings supply the signature-request email and SMS. The portal and SalesRoutes show configurable messages above the terms and AutoPay initials. Office Contract Defaults can send a contract copy to the sales rep. If Require Electronic Consent Agreement is on, the customer must sign e-consent before any other agreement (tooltip; enforcement not tested). An Appointment Checklist can set "Signed Agreement Required?" (151-settings-appointment-checklist-form). Existing Alerts rows show many "agreement sent" and "agreement signed" events, some sent by a system/API actor (378-alerts-dock). That proves displayed history only. The Contracts vs Forms manual says classic signature fields can reuse one signature, while inline Contract occurrences each need completing; Forms need separate signature blocks and the employee signature first (Documented).

5. Run a Service Plan (documented; account screen empty). Rounds are scheduled in order. Late enrollment auto-skips rounds already past for that year. A missed round can still be scheduled by hand. The Job Pool shows a round's start as its due date, and wait-after warnings appear when scheduling, not in the list. Service and billing schedules are separate, and custom billing that covers too little can leave a balance due at plan end (manual findings). Scheduling > Service Plan Management lists plan, round, cycle, round status and range, completed and skipped rounds, subscription status and balance. It offers bulk Close Service Plan Cycles and Skip Rounds. The result was empty and neither action was opened (033-service-plan-management). Service Plan Omitted Services reports skipped or opted-out plan services (097-report-service-plan-omitted).

6. Change prices and terms (observed menus; not run). Customer Search > Actions > Update Subscription Price applies to all matching records across pages, per its tooltip (432-customer-report-actions-menu). Its rate editor, preview and outcome were not tested. Permissions separately gate editing a subscription after its agreement is signed or after services are completed (203-access-control-profile-editor).

7. Renew (configuration observed; no notice sent). Renewal Notices define a notice before or after the Renewal Date or Expiration Date, within a Min/Max Days window, with rich text and renewal placeholders (343-renewal-notice-editor). A Renewal trigger fires a set number of days before or after the due, expiry, next billing or renewal date. Its filters are account/subscription status, multi-unit, property type, has initial service, has email, prefers paper, renewal amount range, and include/exclude segments (240-trigger-renewal). Plan welcome and renewal messages exist as separate email, postal, SMS and voice templates. The portal can hide renewals, always show them, or show them within a day window. The Renewals report lists subscriptions due for renewal (091-report-renewals).

8. Automate around the subscription (configuration observed; nothing saved or fired). Subscription Due for Service fires days before or after the due date (the new form shows 1 day before). Subscription PO fires on PO expiry. Subscription Status fires On Save or After Time when the status changes to Active, Agreement Sent, Any, Frozen, Lead Created or Subscription Created, with Agreement Status Any/Not Signed/Signed (admin findings). The Place Subscription On Hold action picks a hold reason, whether to cancel pending service appointments, and notes (250-trigger-action-hold). Documented: Subscription Hold removes due work and pauses recurring billing. Blank filters include all, and selecting the current types does not include future additions (Trigger Rules manual).

9. Hold, freeze, cancel and reinstate (observed setup and reports; nothing run). The subscription Actions menu offers Delete, Place On Hold and Allow Products (438-existing-subscription-actions). Cancellation and Hold Reasons classify customer and subscription cancellations and holds, separate from appointment reasons. System rows cannot be edited (272-cancellation-hold-reasons). Office defaults hold a default customer cancel reason and a default subscription cancel reason, including Unspecified. Office options can auto-freeze the subscription or customer if the initial appointment is canceled. They can also freeze a subscription when its PO expires; the tooltip says that stops future services until reactivation. Bulk Freeze and Bulk Freeze RollBack exist in Customer Search. Reports separate whole-account cancellations (Cancellation) from canceled subscriptions (Cancellation Subscription), and, judging by its name and filters (inference; the body was blank), Cancellation Reinstatement lists reinstated customers by days frozen (Days Frozen slider; the selected range showed 7 to 30, not the slider's limits) (reporting findings).

10. Data-quality checks (observed). The Audit report's subscription panels showed: no service type 0, no frequency 0, due more than 5 months ago 0, Past Due Monthly Billing 0, without an Initial 42, re-services counting toward a subscription 0, regular services without subscription 0, re-services having a charge 0, active customers without a document 0, customers with multiple subscriptions 8. These are potential errors, not confirmed defects. Some "without an Initial" rows do show an Initial Service Date. Many multiple-subscription customers can be legitimate (reporting findings).

Recurring Charge includes add-ons, Recurring Service Charge does not. Annual Value is, for a service type, the annual value after the first year, and for a plan, the yearly sum of round charges including skipped and opted-out services. Date Signed, and three- and five-business-day cancellation dates counted from signing, are available. Payments legal text and Contract Terms are inserted with triple brackets.

Dashboard metrics about subscriptions (dashboard definitions)

  • Active Subscriptions: by service type; recurring with at least one service, plus subscriptions with recurring billing but no completed service.
  • Cancellation Reasons: subscription cancellations, default last month; excludes One Time subscriptions and potential subscriptions that never had a completed appointment.
  • Average Rates: average recurring ticket charge per subscription type; only active subscriptions with completed initial and a set recurring charge; filtered by subscription creation date.
  • Avg Contract Values: average yearly contract value of the top five service types plus a weighted average; same eligibility; excludes the initial-service price.
  • Subscription Sources: share of new subscriptions by source; only subscriptions still active that had a first service or have recurring billing.
  • Recurring Billing: active recurring-billed subscriptions that paid their first bill; rate from the last paid invoice; non-monthly frequencies normalized to monthly.
  • Recurring Annual Revenue: by service type, excluding initial service. Revenue By Service: revenue per service in the date range.
  • Measurement (SF and LF): subscribed and completed measurement by service type (top seven plus Other), with and without add-ons; "inactive" includes inactive subscriptions, skipped and opted-out services.

What the research did not prove

  • Nothing was saved or executed. No service type, plan, bundle, add-on, discount, custom schedule, contract template, terms, form or renewal notice was saved. No subscription was created, changed, held, deleted, frozen or canceled. No agreement or form was generated, sent or signed. No bulk price update, cycle close or round skip was run.
  • No Plan or Bundle lifecycle in the account. The Service Plans list shows no plan rows, the Prepayments page's required Service Plan list is empty, and Service Plan Management shows no rows. The screen does not say why, and empty lists do not prove the feature is disabled. Round dependencies, late entry, skip vs opt-out and plan-end balance are known only from the manual.
  • Unclear rules. Not established: the meaning of "Missed"; how Expiration Date relates to Contract Length; Custom Date semantics; the Production formula in practice; the Dynamic Pricing formula; Enable Warranty Renewal; Alternate Service Days; Child Service for Service Plan; Merge Service Types; the Service Type and Bundle Production child editors; Allow Products; Capacity and Estimate; Custom Schedule handling of short months and a missing fifth weekday; the Prepayment Discount unit.
  • Which configuration changes affect existing subscriptions versus new ones is not known (an acceptance question in the assessment).
  • Contract output. The contract preview is a menu/attempt only (276-contract-template-full-preview). The preview shows placeholders and a broken logo image. The HTML box shows only part of the source. No populated contract, signature order, legal adequacy or mobile upload was seen. Existing Form Template rows show a Signature Requirement column, but the new editor has no such selector.
  • Reports. Forecast, Average Contract Rates, Renewals, Retention, Cancellation Subscription, Unpaid Initial and Expiring Paid In Full show blank or zero results. The Forecast summary-table mode shows headings only (486-forecast-summary-tables). Cancellation Reinstatement has a blank body. Run Report with List By Subscription left the output unchanged (431-active-subscription-customer-report).
  • Counts not reconciled. The Sales Report shows three rows for one customer with totals of 12 services, $135 initial, 0 recurring and $135 contract value. These are displayed aggregates, not a verified formula. The Job Pool showed 29 rows in 032 and 34 in 556; equal filters were not established.
  • Contradictions to resolve with the vendor. Bundles are project-oriented in the manual but offer recurring billing in the editor. The Trigger Rules manual's freeze/payment-profile deletion wording conflicts with a separate removal action. The dashboard LF help says "square footage" and "Total Meas. LF" where the card says "Total Active Meas. LF". Billing-frequency labels differ by screen: named periods on the subscription and bundle (Monthly, Quarterly) but day counts in Customer Search (Every 28/30/60/90/180/360 days, Upon Renewal). The Frequency Options catalog explains most of this: each named Recurring Billing label is defined as a day count (Every 4 Weeks 28, Monthly 30, Alternate Monthly 60, Quarterly 90, Semi-Annually 180, Annually 360), so the screens show the same values two ways (169-settings-frequency-options). Still open: whether "Monthly" bills on calendar months or every 30 days; Upon Renewal and After Each Completed Service have no row in the catalog.
  • Modules and readiness. Deals is not enabled. SalesRoutes has a separate Frozen module state, and an SMS registration error banner shows on all Admin pages. So SMS signing links and plan SMS could not be judged ready. Marketing Pro is not enabled for the inspected customer.
  • Evidence strength and open acceptance questions. The assessment rates service design, plans and bundles as high confidence for the editors and medium for the required lifecycle (assessment). Still to prove: model the real recurring, seasonal, one-time, follow-up and bundled services; prove prices, discounts, taxes, production value, commissions and invoice timing across first service, later rounds, late enrollment, missed rounds and cancellation; confirm the mobile-sales behavior of every package; prove round dependencies and late entry, and billing cadence independent of service (assessment). Commercial agreements and multiple sites under one payer are not shown yet (intake). Each configuration family (service rules, round dependencies, templates, reasons) needs an owner, and a tested service/billing model should be locked before migration (assessment).
  • Unverified links. The developer API page returned only "Loading..." in this research. Its search-visible text says a subscription-linked appointment inherits defaults and moves the next due date on completion; that is not verified.

Ideas for Our CRM

Agent proposals, not decisions
  • Proposal: keep the reusable service definition (type, plan, bundle) separate from the customer's subscription, and let the subscription override defaults.
  • Proposal: store service cadence and billing cadence as two separate fields, and show charge vs production value side by side, as the populated subscription does.
  • Proposal: label every "contract value" with its scope (with or without the initial service), so screens and reports do not mix the two measures.
  • Proposal: model seasonal plans as ordered rounds with explicit wait-after, dependency and late-join rules, and keep skip (this year) distinct from opt-out (persists across renewals).
  • Proposal: before a definition change is saved, show which existing subscriptions it will affect, and warn when a rule locks once customers subscribe.
  • Proposal: show compatibility warnings when choices conflict (for example convenience payments with renewal billing or consolidated invoices, or add-ons that the mobile sales app does not support).
  • Proposal: give bulk subscription price updates a preview and a rollback, as FieldRoutes does for bulk freeze.
  • Proposal: generate agreements per subscription, and keep Expiration Date and Renewal Date as distinct, filterable dates.
